Wango you are getting old and may have forgottne some of your old tried and true trick with your Mzungu donor friends so let us review.
the idea is to make a big budget and then to find ways to spend very little of the money to eat the balance. Work your magic to spend only 1/4 of the budget and you keep the balance!
How? Follow your 5 steps like you had with your other fake AIDS and Deaf Women workshop paid for by the unsuspecting Abilis of Finland.
1. Pretend to work with ghost KNAD coordinators and associations. You will do this project with regional coordinator from Mombasa? Who is he? He doesn't exist so you pocket that money. The ghost associations are ghosts so dont work with them really and pocket that money simple. Like stealing money from baby lucky you.
2. Workshop participants can be village deaf. They dont need allowance only very small money for transport and lunch can be 1 soda and half loaf of bread. They dont know and wont complain. If in Nairobi or town you must only use the most local and low class deaf and again you keep their money.
3. Workshop place can be a local church and say you are deaf and dont have money and they let you use it free. You don't pay and you keep the money. Why spend money on a hotel or conference centre? Both you and Kakiri like doing this.
4. Workshop presented can you be and your other wife Susan. Give you her only small small money like Osano and pocket the balance.
5. Pretend to involve other deaf but use it as excuse for any project failure. You learned one very very useful lesson from your Sweden Colonel Masters- DO NOT empower or build capacity of deaf and then blame them for any problems and even use it as reason to leave them behind and run away with the money. How? You can ask a ghost deaf association to prepare for workshop but you know they dont know how and when they fail you say you wont come and instead go home with the money.
